Convert 25 fps to 30 fps
Going from 25 to 30 fps turns every 5 source frames into 6: 5 extra frames per second are filled by repeating (or, with Blend frames, mixing) existing pictures. Length and speed stay the same.

When you need it: Moving PAL-region (Europe, Australia, much of Asia and Africa) camera footage into a 30 fps project.
Because 30 is not a whole multiple of 25, some frames are shown more often than others. On slow camera pans that uneven cadence can look like a faint stutter; switching on Blend frames under More options softens it.

Questions people ask
How do I convert 25 fps to 30 fps?
Choose your video in the tool on this page (30 fps is already selected), press “Convert frame rate” and download the MP4. It runs in your browser, so the file is not uploaded.
Will 25 fps converted to 30 fps look smoother?
Not by itself. Without motion interpolation no new movement is created: frames are repeated, so motion looks the same as the 25 fps original. “Blend frames” mixes neighbouring pictures, which can soften judder on uneven conversions but adds slight ghosting.
Will the video get shorter or longer?
No. Frame-rate conversion keeps the duration and the speed. To slow a 25 fps clip down instead, use the slow motion maker.
How long is one frame at 25 and 30 fps?
At 25 fps each frame lasts 40 ms; at 30 fps, 33.33 ms (1000 ÷ frame rate).
